Billing Procedures: For Credit Card Purchases

Your credit card will be charged the day your order is placed and a receipt is generated on all new orders the same day the order is processed and included in the order receipt email. Funds are captured within the specified day after products are confirmed to be ready and available. The amount charged is as confirmed in the checkout process and if subject to change due to product availability, your credit card will not be charged without further authorization.

Billing Procedures: For Purchase Orders

Orders received with purchase order numbers must have payment via credit card to A.F. Smith before the order is dispatched. For orders that are charged to accounts, payment must be made within 30 days for the order to be dispatched as per our shipping policy.
