Shipping Policy

A.F. Smith provides FREE same day delivery for in-stock items in the CIty of Hamilton. In-stock items are also available for pick-up from 1 hour after the order is placed. Please note that all deliveries in the City of Hamilton and surrounding area are made throughout the day, whilst deliveries in Eastern/Western parishes are made once daily in the mornings. If your order is placed before 5pm, we gurantee next business day delivery, however orders placed after 5pm in Eastern/Western parishes may be delivered within 2 business days. Any notes for delivery should be added at checkout, including if the delivery can be left in a "safe place", if you'e unreachable at the time of delivery.

For non-stock items, orders may be filled within 10 business days or sooner depening on availability by our suppliers or courier performance. Orders requiring longer lead times are usually specified at time of order confirmation.

The company uses both air and sea to get items on island and always uses its best endeavours to get them in your hands as quickly as possible although delays are inevitable sometimes based on circumstances outside of our control.
