Thanks for shopping at A.F. Smith. We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase, if you need to return an item, we are here to help.
For most products, simply return it with the receipt and original unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will exchange or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Returns outside of 14 days are at the sole discretion of the company and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
A.F. Smith reserves the right to refuse a return in its sole discretion. We regret that some items are in eligible for return or a refund. These include:
- Gift cards
- Digital content, e.g. game and movie downloads
- Consumable items, such as food, drinks and batteries
- Items that are missing accessories, e.g. Remote controls, cords and cables
- Items that are used, damaged or abused
- Etched or otherwise personalised items
- Open computer software
- Apple products under warranty
- Apple warranty plans
- Technology or business machines under lease
- Labour, delivery, installation and training services
- Custom, ordered furniture and furniture assembly
